Street Outreach program is structured in alignment with engagement, making initial assessments of needs, providing, and addressing urgent physical necessities like distributing hygiene products. Street outreach is work done exclusively with clients living in places not meant for human habitation.

Case Management Supportive services include “wraparound” services that help vulnerable populations get ID/SS card, life skills training, job search assistance, and help enrolling in educational or GED, and Vocational training, programs. transportation, overcome housing barriers, and maintain housing stability.
